Tonight we have cooked lemongrass marinated pork with nuoc cham sauce. It is amazing good so you just have to try it! (LCHF has unfortunately gone to the dogs, or rather, not quite, I eat much less carbohydrates than before, but I do it anyway.) Here's the recipe!

You should warn the nuoc cham is not for everyone haha I am Vietnamese and have been trying to get my boyfriend to like fish sauce for ages. I think that most Swedes I have presented it have formed some kind of wrong perception vidal sassoon even at the name of fish sauce.
